Hi, I’m Bridie, and during your one-hour consultation, we can discuss your goals, your current fitness and nutrition; I’ll take you through a thorough health check, your body composition measurements and posture assessment.

This assessment will enable both the rest of the team and me to put a bespoke personal training program together for you, that allows you to be the best version of you, then I can advise you on the best suitable services that we offer to achieve your goals.

After your consultation, you will receive a written review from me with recommendations for you to make or change to achieve your goals. Sounds good?
