Running Strength and Fitness is a group session specifically for runners of all abilities; the concept of the session is to improve running efficiency, Strength, fitness, and reduce the risk of injuries.

Each session will focus on developing and strengthening the specific muscles used for running, running movement patterns, core strength to enable you to sustain running programs with reduced time off injured and yourself becoming the best version of you as a runner.

We run two classes per week, which are Monday at 18:00-18:45 and on Friday from 19:00-19:45. Both males and females are welcome to join and each class has no more than 12 people.

Bridie provides a great atmosphere in her Strength & Core Fitness Class. Giving enjoyable beneficial training which helps many sports, but great for runners. Definitely feel the benefits for me giving all-around fitness.

Pay as you go option is available for those wanting to pay small amounts at a time with is £8 per session. However, some people like to pre-book class sessions and receive a discount. You can Prepay for 4 weeks for £28. When you have sessions, pre-booked and paid for it helps to keep you motivated and committed to your sessions. We do have a 24-hour cancellation policy where the full cost of a session will be taken if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice which is at the discretion of the team.

    Hi Bridie. I’m interested in joining the running strength and fitness Group on a Monday night 6pm till 6.45 PM.
