Total Body Fitness is a group session for anyone wanting to feel fitter, stronger and leaner the session is suitable for all abilities. The concept of the session is to improve fitness, strength and health.
Each session will focus on developing fitness and strengthening the body and on changing body composition, safely and effectively, each training session will work you enough to feel like you have had a good workout at your current fitness level and you will have a great time.
The sessions will consist of warm-ups with specific core and glute activation, and exercises to warm the body up progressively, the main part of the session will be a combination of strength, body weight cardiovascular, and core exercise and will end with stretches crucial to finish a workout. The sessions will be progressive each week, but suitable to join in at any time as the different intensity of exercise will be offered to suit the individual fitness level.
Both males and females are welcome to join, and each class has no more than 12 people.

Pay as you go option is available for those wanting to pay small amounts at a time with is £8 per session. However, some people like to pre-book class sessions and receive a discount. You can Prepay for 4 weeks for £28. When you have sessions, pre-booked and paid for it helps to keep you motivated and committed to your sessions. We do have a 24-hour cancellation policy where the full cost of a session will be taken if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice which is at the discretion of the team.
