Weights for women is a group session for anyone wanting to feel stronger and leaner the session is suitable for all abilities. The concept of the session is to improve fitness, strength and health.

Each session will focus on developing strength the and to change body composition, using weights but don’t be scared weights will not bulk you up.

The sessions will consist of warm-ups with specific core and glute activation, and exercises to warm the body up progressively, the main part of the session will be a combination of strength, and core exercise specific to running and will end with stretches crucial to ending a workout. The sessions will be progressive each week but suitable to join in at any time as the intensity of exercise will be offered to suit the individual fitness level.

Weight for women will benefit you in more ways than one; Training in a friendly and fun group atmosphere will allow you to work at your own level but have other people to encourage you. It will help change your fitness levels and change your body composition and help relieve stress and have higher energy levels. The group session will also give you some nutrition advice to help you achieve the best version of you through exercise and nutrition.

Pay as you go option is available for those wanting to pay small amounts at a time with is £8 per session. However, some people like to pre-book class sessions and receive a discount. You can Prepay for 4 weeks for £28. When you have sessions, pre-booked and paid for it helps to keep you motivated and committed to your sessions. We do have a 24-hour cancellation policy where the full cost of a session will be taken if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice which is at the discretion of the team.
