This includes eating healthy foods that provide your body with the nutrients it needs to perform at its best, resting and recovering enough, and training smartly.
Train your mind to perform at your best. Focusing and controlling your thoughts, as well as managing your emotions, are essential. If you can train your body and mind effectively, you can achieve your full potential as an athlete.

Hi, I'm Bridie Darcy, the founder, owner, and energy behind Darcy Fitness. Our team and I have one ambition: to offer personalised training packages tailored to help you achieve your goals.

There are lots of experienced personal trainers out there, but my involvement with my clients is more than an hour-long session. I’m in constant contact, whether about their nutrition and exercise regimes when they are not training with me or simply finding out how they’re feeling after the previous day’s session.
My clients range from TV producers to fashion executives, businesspeople to housewives. I can adapt my style to your type of person to ensure you get the most out of the training session and our professional relationship. I work with men and women of all ages and abilities from various backgrounds. Having worked in the childcare profession previously, I have expertise in working with young people with special needs.

Been doing Running Strength and Fitness sessions with Bridie for nearly a year now. Since March, we have been doing sessions online via Zoom, and my running form has started to improve again, and the injuries have disappeared. One happy runner again 🙂🏃♂️👍
I started doing 1-2-1 PT training with Bridie, and now I'm doing the early morning session, too, which I love doing. Even in the classes, it's very personal and adjusted movements to suit your own needs. And now I'm loving fitness again.
It's amazing! Bridie is so encouraging and I love to train with. I am going to the Total Body Blitz sessions this week, which are fun. I also have a private PT session once a week, and I look forward to all 3 sessions. Thanks for getting me in shape!
Bridie provides a great atmosphere in her Strength & Core Fitness Class. It provides enjoyable, beneficial training, which helps many sports but is great for runners. Definitely feel the benefits of providing all-around fitness. The former 3x Leicester & Rutland XC Champion.
