The Performance Collective is led by Bridie Darcy and supported by a growing team of experienced professionals who bring specialist knowledge into the programme.
Bridie delivers a number of the core group sessions, alongside Phoebe Langton and Krista Wright, as part of the coaching team. Hayley Chester leads Performance Flow, bringing mobility, recovery and yoga into the programme. At the same time, Kristian Bravin, Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist, supports members with recipes, nutrition resources and answers to nutrition questions.
