We are offering you a free consultation to chat about staying fit and healthy during pregnancy and how to return to exercise safely after birth.
Sessions will be tailored for you, and your training location will vary from person to person. You can choose from one-on-one personal training, online classes, or join our strongroom postnatal group training session.

Mum-to-be and New-Mum programs are designed with knowledge and expertise to keep you fit and healthy during each trimester. Aiding you in having the most enjoyable pregnancy in your body and mind.
You can choose from one-on-one training or join our personal trainer, Laura, for the Online Bump and Me group session.
Recovering and rejuvenating after birth is vital to adapt positively to the changes in body, mind, and life that post-natal programmes offer. This can help get you back into shape, increase energy levels during those sleepless nights, reduce your risk of post-natal depression, reduce back pain, and strengthen your pelvic floor and core after pregnancy. Post-natal programs can be considered for mums 6 weeks after a natural birth and 13 weeks after a C-section.
Both pre- and postnatal programmes are personal and can be delivered according to your plans. You may prefer to train safely at a local gym or home, or I offer 1-2-1 virtually online training you can follow along at our Loughborough studio.
