Small Group Training Sessions

Our programme includes a 45 minute small group training session every Monday. These sessions focus on functional movement patterns, running drills, and exercises specifically designed to strengthen the muscles required for running. You'll benefit from personalised attention in a supportive group setting.

Nutrition Recipes

As part of the programme, you'll receive nutritional recipes and shopping lists to support your training. Proper nutrition is key to achieving your running goals and maintaining overall health.

Weather permitting, there are occasions when we will use the lush outdoor space at Bawdon Lodge Farm for the training

Programme Schedule

Sessions is held on Mondays from 18:00 to 18:45 pm. With limited space (only 8 per session), you’ll experience the benefits of personal training in a small group environment, ensuring you achieve your running goals.
