Our small private fitness studio is based in Nanpantan on the delightful grounds of Bawdon Lodge farm, near Loughborough.

Yoga:

Pilates:
A rejuvenating class designed to improve your flexibility, strength, and posture. Using controlled movements and breathwork, this class targets your core while also engaging other muscle groups for a full-body workout. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, Emma will guide you through a series of exercises that focus on alignment, balance, and body awareness. Expect a session that enhances flexibility, tones muscles, and improves overall body strength. Perfect for anyone looking to build a strong foundation of fitness or to enhance their current routine.
Yogalates:
A class focussing on improving flexibility, strength, balance, and mindfulness through fluid movements and breath control. Moving through a series of yoga-inspired poses that promote deep stretching and relaxation, while also incorporating Pilates-based exercises that target core strength and stability helps to enhance posture, tone muscles, and increase flexibility while fostering a sense of mental clarity and relaxation.
For Yoga or Pilates, you don’t have to be flexible or strong. Just willing and ready to try something new!
We offer both classes at all levels with an experienced instructor who will help you learn how to do poses correctly and safely, so you can build strength without hurting yourself. Our studio is clean and comfortable, so we ensure every client feels welcome when they walk through our doors.

Our studio is located in the delightful grounds of Bawdon Lodge farm, near Loughborough. We are 3.2 miles from Loughborough University via Nanpantan Road.
Our class sizes are small, with a maximum number of 8. Classes are mixed and all are welcome.
Outside the studio near Loughborough, clients can park for free.
Through demonstrations and encouraging instructions, you will be guided through a sequence of poses. Our Yoga and Pilates teacher has years of experience and can teach all abilities.
