Darcy Fitness Runners was formed in 2013 as a collective of runners who are clients or friends of Bridie, the owner of Darcy Fitness.
Bridie has a passion for running and has competed for several years. Through her business, Bridie helps runners achieve their running dreams or return to running after extended periods of not running due to injury or changes in life circumstances.
Over the years, Bridie has worked with runners from national runners to beginners training for their first 5k. Darcy Fitness Runners' ethos is to provide a fun, welcoming atmosphere to all runners through a closed WhatsApp group, personal training, group-specific training, and attending team events.
